Nails of the Week!

Hello Darlings!

I was lazy this week and had the same nails for the whole week, usually I like switching it up and changing my nail color at least once. It's hard when you're in school and so busy!
P.s. this was about 3 days after I applied the polish, and sorry about my sweater! I didn't think to take it off before I took the picture!

This week I wore Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Model Behaviour, with Butter London West End Wonderland glitter for a accent nail. I LOVE doing accent nails, especially when its a fun glitter! Sally Hansen Nail polishes are some of my favourite, and the Complete Salon Manicure line rocks! This is two coats and a top coat. I've heard a-m-a-zing things about Butter London nail polishes, and I really wanted to check them out, but the price tag is intimidating! I got a Glitter trio of their polishes for $14, which is the price of one of their polishes regularly, so I had to snatch them up! They are seriously so pretty, I love any type of glitter! This is 3 coats of the glitter plus a top coat.

Hope you enjoyed my nails this week! Let me know what you think :)

Target Fall Wish List

Hello Darlings!

I've been itching to get some new fall clothes, and I've been browsing a bunch of stores online.
One store (that I loooove) is Target!
I picked out a few fall clothing items that I'd buy if I had the chance.

1. Mossimo Supply Co. Juniors Skinny Striped Cardigan ($18.00), in Beachhouse Tan/Dogbone - I love cardigans for fall because sometimes it's chilly in the morning, but gets really warm in the afternoon. It's nice to have something you can just take off when the weather changes. Stripes are my favorite (as you can tell!) and I love the neutral beige colors on this for fall. They also carry some bright colors in this cardi.

2. Mossimo Supply Co. Juniors Long Sleeve Heart Sweater ($22.99), in Blue - This sweater is so cute! I love effortless sweaters that you can just throw on and go out the door, especially in the mornings before school. The heart details is so adorable, and the colors are great.

3. Women's Mossimo Osanna Flat ($19.99), in Taupe - Ahhh these are too awesome! The pink soles add the nicest touch, and look so cool! I don't actually own any oxford type shoes, and I definitely have to get a pair of these! They also come in a really cool black/blue soled combo, it was hard for me to choose which ones I liked best!

4. Women's Tallulah Blue Kendall Boot ($37.99), in Taupe - These have to be my #1 thing on this list right now. I've wanted a pair of combat boots for a long time, and these are just perfect! The studs on the back are so trendy right now too! They also come in black, but I choose the taupe pair because I don't think i'm edgy enough to pull off the black pair! The taupe color seemed to tone down the edgyness off the boot, and make it more wearable for me.

Fall Outfits 2012

Hello Darlings!

Fall is just around the corner, and I'm so excited for it!! The cool weather, the leaves crushing beneath your feet. Just the smell of fall outside gets me excited.

Fall fashion is my favourite, and I can't wait for it to get cooler out so I can start wearing some cute fall outfits!

Here are some outfits I put together that I think would be perfect!

No, I don't own all these pieces, and no I don't have money to own all these pieces, but I'm sure I can find cheaper pieces elsewhere! These are just for inspiration :)
A girl can dream can't she?!?!

If you want descriptions of the exact pieces and prices, visit here (but remember, I didn't pay attention to price while designing these outfits, they're merely inspiration!)

1. This is my favourite out of all these outfits. I love wearing big sweaters and scarves! I tried to make this outfit a little edgier with the combat boots and skull scarf (love skulls right now!) I chose light denim so that the outfit would be a little more feminine, but the holes make it go well with the combat boots. Overall I LOVE this outfit, and i'm definitely going to go hunting for similar pieces!

Haul! F21, Old Navy & Target.

Hello Darlings!

So.... I went shopping again. No my wallet cannot afford it.... yes I bought clothes anyways.
I have a bit of a problem! I didn't buy a lot, mostly just starting to get some fall pieces, and I got some workout gear as well.

Forever 21
1. This is a baby pink sweater with sheer fabric on the shoulders and the back. This looked super cute on, and I'm starting a hunt for nice big sweaters for fall and winter! I really like baby pink on me as well. $15.80

2. I'm in need of some thicker cardigans, and this white knit one is so comfy and big. I got it a size up because I'm really liking the look of oversized sweaters this season! $15.80 as well.

NOTW: Nails of the Week

Hello Darlings!

These are my nails of the week! Hope you enjoy.

1. L'OrĂ©al Colour Riche Nail polish in Club Prive - This nail polish is the prettiest aqua colour! Application was good, although I wasn't a big fan of the brush, mine seemed really stiff. I think it was just a defect brush - I've never heard any other complaints! This is 3 coats and a top coat.

2. Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Polish in Coral Reef - This is a coral nail polish, definitely leaning more towards the pink side. Regardless, it's so pretty and stayed on my nails a long time too! This is 2 coats and a top coat.

Hope you guys enjoyed! Let me know if you want to see a NOTW every week :)

American Eagle Back to School Haul

Hello Darlings!

I just received a HUGE order from American Eagle that I ordered on line and decided to share it!

I got a great deal on everything, pretty much everything was on clearance, and all clearance was 40% off! Also, I had a 20% off card, which means most things ended up being 60% off of their already reduced clearance prices. I love a good deal, so I couldn't pass this up! Also, I needed jeans badly and AE makes the best jeans, and they had a ton on clearance. I did end up spending quite a bit of money on this order, but it's pretty much all my back to school shopping that I'm going to do.

Oh and another bonus, all AE jeans were double the rewards points, so I ended up with enough points to earn a 30% off card!

I got mostly jeans and basic tees, but I still decided that I'd share with you guys!
Also I'm sharing the price I paid for them, since they were all such a great deal.

SHIRTS

1. AE Favourite V-Neck Tee in Maui Teal ($4.79)
2. AE Feather Light Tee in Candied Coral ($4.79)
3. AE Favourite Scoop Neck Tee in Purple ($4.79)
4. AE Shelf Cami in Oatmeal Heather ($4.79)
5. AE Feather Light Colour block Tee in Green ($19.96, not on clearance)
6. AE Long Sleeve Favourite Tee in Cobalt Blue ($4.80)
7. AE Oxford Favourite Shirt in Blue ($23.99, not on clearance)

Just Fab Review!

Hello Darlings!

I recently placed my first purchase with JustFab
If you don't know, it's an on line subscription website that sells mostly shoes and handbags, that you pay monthly to get one credit. It's 39.95 per credit, and your credit card will be charged this fee monthly. However, if you decide not to purchase something one month you have the choice to skip the month between the 1st-5th of each month. This is similar to sites like Stylemint, Jewelmint and Shoedazzle.

Since I'm not a big spender, most months I will probably be skipping; also I like to wait for sales and coupon codes to come along!

I purchased 3 items, and didn't pay full price for any of them :)

1. Caper Handbag - This bag was 20% off (this deal is valid for all first time customers!). I got this bag to carry my books around school, and was so happy when it arrived at the size of it! It's big enough to carry my books without looking HUGE! It seems like it's made well, and I love the gold hardware on it! I also love that it comes with a long strap, which will make carrying it around school a lot easier. I will still be carrying a backpack to school because it can't fit all my books at once, but it will be nice to have a bag to carry the books I need from my locker to my classroom. Overall I love this bag and it's my favourite thing that I purchased. UPDATE! - im currently using this bag as a school bag - I love it and it works great!!

August Favourites

Hello Darlings!

Is Summer really over? Say it aint' so!!!!
As always, it seems to go by faster and faster every year.
Here are some of my favourite things that I've been using this August, hope you enjoy!

BEAUTY FAVOURITES

1. NYX Cream Blush in Boho Chic - This blush is so creamy and pigmented, and gave my cheeks a nice dewey finish which was perfect for summer.

2. Revlon Lip Butter in Creamsicle - These lips butters moisturize your lips and give them a sheer wash of colour. I love this nude colour because it isn't too pigmented and your natural lip colour shows through. Most nude colours wash me out, but this is perfect!

3. Essence Eyeshadow Palette in Sun Club - Browns, oranges and golds work great for my complexion and bring out my blue eyes. This palette was very affordable, and you get a good bang for your buck!

4. Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Detangler - This worked great for me when I went to the beach in the summer, since all the salt in the water ruins my hair! I just sprayed this on my hair when I got out of the water and it made it 10x smoother and easier to brush!

5. China Glaze Flip Flip Fantasy Nail Polish
 - This neon pinky-coral nail polish is a definite show stopper! It is seriously so bright. If you apply it over a white polish the colour will stand out even more, and it will be noticed for sure. It's a great summer colour (so sad summer is basically over!). It's on my toes right now - let me know if you want to see a swatch of it on my toes!
